During your first visit, you'll be asked to share what brings you to therapy. We can talk about any symptoms you are having and how any past experiences play into your situation.
Each session is designed in a comfortable setting, so that you can relax and share your feelings. Feel free to ask any questions about our background and approach to treatment.
The first session typically lasts for at least 60 minutes, while subsequent sessions are 45 to 50 minutes. During the first session we will work together to create an individualized treatment plan to meet your specific needs. You'll then have a better understanding of how therapy can work for you.
Please note that all information is confidential. Also, our services are covered by many major insurance plans.
